Mike Bennetti started this company at 19 with $500 in his pocket and a beat-up old Ford Ranger. He learned the trade from some of the best tile setters in Livingston County, and picked up his sense of business and ethics from his grandfather, who ran a successful home repair business. Over 23 years later, those lessons are still how we work:
**1. Pride in our work.** Every installation gets meticulous attention to detail, start to finish.
**2. Right the first time.** We take the time to do it correctly, so you never have to call someone to fix it later.

You supply the tile and grout — we'll give you a detailed, printable material list organized by area so you know exactly what to buy. We bring everything else: all the setting materials, waterproofing, and tools needed to do the job right.
Once you're ready to move forward, a 50% deposit reserves your spot on our schedule. From there, we'll send your material list and set a start date that works with your timeline.
Yes. Every job comes with a one-year workmanship guarantee, and we stand behind our work well beyond that. If something isn't right, we come back and make it right.
Most bathrooms take about a week, depending on the size and scope. We'll give you a clear timeline before we start, and we keep you updated the whole way through.
